GENERAL CONDITIONS
Our Prices Include:
The service that is specified in each itinerary, including the train, and/or bus tickets, transfer to airports, bus stations and hotels, guided excursions and tours and ticket entrances.

Our Prices Do not Include:
Airfare, extra expenses of any kind, airport taxes ($3.70 dollars for domestic and $25.00 dollars for international flights), luggage storage, transportation of dogs or any other animal as well as any expenses related.

Tariffs:
All the prices are based on present rates and the payment must be in US dollars and subject to variation without previous notice.

Payments:
Amounts due must be paid in full at least 30 days prior to the beginning of the tour.

Reservations:
Reservations will be confimed within the next 72 hours from the date of requirement.

Cancellations:
All tour participants have the right to cancel subject to fees below. All requests for refunds must be made in writing to PERU ADVENTURES INC. All cancellations are subject to the following administrative fee plus any applicable hotel charges, depending on when NOTICE IS RECEIVED:

Itinerary and hotel changes:
PERU ADVENTURES or its tour operators reserve the right to change itineraries, if necessary for the comfort and security of the passengers and also change the hotels to others of the same category, as well as the departure schedules.

Responsibilities:
PERU ADVENTURES, INC. And its affiliates act as agents for the passenger with respect to services provided by others, including but not limited to hotels, restaurants, sightseeing and transportation. PERU ADVENTURES, INC. and its agents shall not be liable for any injury, loss, damage, delay or inconvenience arising out or in connection with any defect in any vehicle or any act of God, dangerous incidents of the sea, rivers, lakes, fire, breakdown in equipment, acts of governments, assaults, strikes, thefts, sickness, omission, accident, error or default of any company or person engaged in providing such hotel, restaurant, sightseeing, transportation or other services of the tour.

PERU ADVENTURES, INC. and its agents shall not be responsible or liable for alterations of the tour itinerary or arrangements. If such alterations become advisable or necessary for the comfort or well-being of the passengers, for any reason whatsoever.

PERU ADVENTURES, INC. can accept no responsibility for loss or additional expenses due to delay or changes in schedules or other causes. The tour operator and its agents reserve the right to refuse to accept or retain any person as a member of the tour.

The acceptance of any service provided, or of any ticket or voucher, shall be deemed to be acceptance of consent by the tour member to these conditions. All services are subject to the law of the country in which these services are provided.

Insurance:
PERU ADVENTURES, INC. is not responsible or liable for loss, damage, theft of luggage and/or personal belongings or for personal injury, accidents and/or illness.

For your own protection, we strongly recommend that you purchase travel insurance to cover these eventualities.

Tour conductor:
One free for each 15 people.

Validity:
January - December 2000.
